In 2003 two of the Mid Atlantic areas leading Tile and Stone Flooring Companies Stonemark Tile LLC and M&R Floors, got together and created M R Stone LLC, a high tech 20,000 square foot Stone and Quartz Manufacturing Company. With more than 40 years of combined business experience we were determined to offer a higher quality product at a better value to our customers. In order to do this we knew it would take more than our excellent staff, so we decided to make an investment in the latest equipment as well. Not only can this equipment produce the best possible cuts, edge detail, and polish, but it does so quickly, energy efficient, and with less material waste. M R Stone strives to be environmentally conscious. We recycle our water used in manufacturing. Our equipment is energy efficient, and wastes less material. We also recycle 75% of our waste material into stone pavers, instead of putting it in the landfill. We also use digital templates whenever possible, instead of cardboard.
